This is my first blog entry. I am been reading many blogs for year, but I never decided when to start my own blog.
Nowadays I can see I have many interesting experiences for sharing, and them could be helpful for others.
Since 1999, when I got my first contact with a worldclass CRM, I was fascinated with it potential to improve efficiency in companies and customer experiences.
In 2006 I discover Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, and I was lucky of working with it in a large implementation as consultant. After that I knew the sucsecuent version 4.0, 2011, and finally the new one, 2013.
Today I am woking as project manager for a Gold Dynamics CRM Partner, so I hope you find this blog helpful, because this is my ultimate goal.
